This is a commentary on the Jerusalem Talmud. Bound with the book is another book ספר צפנת פענח Sefer Tsofnat Paʻneaḥ by Elijah Guttmacher printed in Brody in 1875 which is a commentary on the Mishnah. The second book is incomplete.
