This item contains mostly school records from Baghdadi Jewish schools and includes: correspondence between schools and the Iraqi Ministry of Education; instructions for administering state education tests, test results, class rosters, proctor rosters; curriculum outlines for different class subjects (such as trade law, Arabic, and English). Also included are the bullet points of a Ḥevrah Ḳadishah (Burial Society) meeting and one document detailing property owned by the Baghdadi Jewish community.

These are archival documents from the Frank Iny and Shamash Secondary schools. The documents consist of enrollment rosters and examination records from both schools for all grades from 1952-1961. There is also correspondence regarding exam administration and regulations, identification verification for students taking exams, and general student affairs. There is one unrelated document which is either a marriage or engagement certificate from 1954.

These documents from the Baghdadi Jewish community contain correspondence regarding the legal procedures for electing officials in the Jewish community. The correspondence references the statues of the Jewish community #36 (1931) and laws of the community #77 (1931); elections for the Jewish Lay Council; names of those eligible for elected office; ballots for various districts; vote tallies; meeting attendance records; and a statement from the Jewish Lay Council to the Jewish community that the president of the Jewish Lay Council is running for the position of president of the Baghdadi community. There are also letters to various community and government officials, including the head of the Jewish butchers, and foreign consular offices; several copies of a list of members of the Jewish Lay Council, 1944-1948; and references to budget planning.
