This is a prayer book, or Maḥzor, for the Jewish New Year printed in Vienna. It is for the Sephardic customs. There are three publication dates that do not correspond: the Hebrew Calendar year printed in Hebrew (5627) corresponds with 1866 or 1867; the Hebrew Calendar year printed in numerals (5637) corresponds with 1876 or 1877; the Gregorian date, 1883, printed on the title page, does not correspond with either Hebrew date.
